About Tanner and Romary, P.A.Our practices consists of representing only Plaintiffs and Employees injured in car accidents or on the job. We do not represent insurance companies or employers in any way shape or form. We work with the client from the very beginning of the case until either settlement or trial. The client will deal with only one lawyer and one paralegal throughout their entire case so the client will feel comfortable that their case is being given the attention that it deserves. We encourage our clients to call us to stop by the office anytime they have a question or want to discuss their case. We handle cases that range from property damage or a simple emergency room visit to serious permanent injuries and wrongful death.
We also on occasion handle other civil litigation matters in areas such as construction, real estate, or day to day disputes between individuals or businesses. Our clients are important to us so if they come to us for a matter that we do not handle, we make the appropriate referral so they can get the best legal representation possible. Jeremy and Peter are also certified mediators and serve when requested by parties who have disputes and they use their experience to help the parties see each others position which hopefully helps them resolve their dispute without further litigation. Peter also devotes much of his time providing guidance to members of the community and college students in the form of seminars and speaking engagements. He helps them with issues that happen on campus and advises them in criminal law when necessary. Because Peter has contributed significant time doing pro bono work, combined with his experience with cases that have made national and international news, he is in huge demand by groups as a guest speaker as well as a lecturer in Continuing Legal Education Seminars. |
